Byelaws Notice

The North Kent Marshes Water Level Management Board has applied to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) for confirmation of byelaws under the Land Drainage Act 1991.

The proposed byelaws are intended to help the Board manage flood risk,watercourses, and drainage within the Board’s district.

Documents may be inspected during normal office hours.

Any objections to the confirmation of the byelaws should be made in writing to the Board within six weeks of the publication date of the notice.
